During the fall of 2001, Russell Chatham created a four-piece portfolio of lithographs to capture impressions and emotions evoked by experiences along the Clark Fork River. The prints were drawn from small pencil sketches and memory at Mr. Chatham's print shop in Livingston, MT. The four editions consist of 375 numbered pieces and twenty-five artists proofs each. They measure 16 x 20 inches, and are signed and numbered. The aluminum plates on which the images were drawn have all been destroyed. Mr. Chatham and his co-producer, former board chair Geoffrey Sutton, donated 50 of the lithographs to the Clark Fork Coalition to raise money to protect the river. |
