All-natural Beef from the Coalition's herd

Purchase local, grass-finished beef from Dry Cottonwood Creek Ranch

As part of our effort to demonstrate promising, profitable ranching models, the Coalition is now finishing several of our steers on grass at Dry Cottonwood Creek Ranch.  We then butcher these steers locally and sell the meat directly to consumers throughout the Clark Fork watershed.  We have a limited amount of wholes, halves, and quarters available for $5.00/pound.  All orders come in a variety of cuts.  A $50 deposit is required, and the remaining balance is due at pickup in November.  Place your order online today.

Not sure where to start when it comes to preparing cuts of grass-fed beef? We've lined up two opportunities for you to learn how to store and consistently prepare delicious grassfed beef.  Learn more about our upcoming cooking classes in October.
