The purpose of this course is to provide Realtors with information about smart building near streams in the Missoula area so they can help their clients make sound decisions about where to build in relation to streams, and how to manage and enhance existing homes along waterways.Realtors will learn how to recognize floodplains, riparian areas, wildlife habitat and potentially unstable stream banks.
